Came across Snaptrip while looking for a break. This site is super easy to use, you can change dates etc while in the property being viewed without it sending you back to the 'main' page, which can be very frustrating with other sites. Would definitely recommend you giving this site a try next time you want to browse for a holiday

Trying to make a booking with the property and found a difficulty during the payment.

Phone the customer services and waited about 1 hour and half to speak to someone.

Giving up! - its much easier to speak to 111 than these guys. Hopefully, someone will be able to give me the alternative to contact this website.

Just hoping this is not a fraud!

Started booking, went back to check something, tried to resume booking but the website then said that the property was now unavailable. I 'phoned Customer Services who helpfully advised that (as suspected) this was due to my to-ing & fro-ing on the website. They advised to leave it an hour or so then try again. I did so and all was OK.

First attempt at booking with SnapTrip .. a big fail. After deciding on just the right accommodation, we booked a property for 3 days. We were shown a provisional confirmation page with a promise to 'call us to confirm/pay' or 'click here to complete & pay online'.
The link didn't work.
After a phone call from SnapTrip we were asked to go direct to the property's website and book direct. By the time we got there (probably only 10-15 mins later), our property had been booked by someone else. SnapTrip system is clearly not communicating properly with the Property's booking system.
Major disappointment and letdown.
Won't use it again.
